Each successfully presented and accepted paper will be published in a Scopus indexed journal or a refereed journal as selected by the author:

  • Refereed journal 

    • Journal Science Mathematics Letter (JSML) 

    • Journal Pendidikan Bitara  

       Both journals are indexed by Malaysia Citation Centre (MCC).

  • Scopus indexed journals based on ACTIVE Scopus status during the conference date. For example, if the conference is held on December 2020, the paper will be submitted to the Publisher with ACTIVE status in the December 2020 Scopus Journal Title List and not the upcoming list.

​

Authors should comply with journal submission guidelines and review process where the decision will be made by the journal editorial board.  Authors of potential papers for publication in the Scopus indexed journals will be informed separately. 

 

*Note: All publications are subject to correction made by the authors based on comments from the reviewers and editorial board before the papers are published.

AUTHOR GUIDELINES

  • Participants need to submit their abstracts and full paper for evaluation before they are allowed to present in ICEMS2020-IPCSM2020. 

  • Please prepare your abstract using the following template:

  • The full paper might be written in English or Malay language only. Only full paper written in English will be considered for publication in SCOPUS indexed journal. 

  • The full paper must be original, have not been presented or submitted to any other conferences, and have not been published in any journal, or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Otherwise the article will be automatically rejected and no refunds will be granted. Organizer has the right to cancel any article for the journal that does not meet the submission guideline with/without the Author and co-author(s) consent.

  • The abstracts and full papers must be submitted in MS Word.

  • Article submitted must tolerate 20% similarity index with maximum of 10 pages for refereed journal (single spacing) and 7 pages  for SCOPUS indexed journal.

  • Accepted papers longer than 10 pages (refereed journal) or 7 pages (SCOPUS Indexed Journal) are subject to an extra charges. 

  • Please prepare your full paper using the following template:
